Hacking App to convert PAL to NTSC?

I lost the app that I use to have, that allowed me to patch PAL games to region free / NTSC

Any ideas the app name, and location? Thanks

you dont have to patch any games to anything.

how are you trying to load your game?

Tried loading that new Sonic racing game, pal, on my usb loader. Wouldnt load.

What "wouldn't load". Error? Black Screen? What Loader? GX? CFG? WiiFlow? What cIOS?

See, I have more questions that you...that's not a good thing...

I see it in the list of the usb loader, I hit the spinning disc, hear the game music, and then tv goes blank.
Doesn't happen with any other games but this one.

Ok...you're using USBLoader GX, right? You've tried to force the game to NTSC? And maybe Vidpatch? Maybe also turn off the Patching Video Modes? Toy around with the settings!

If that won't work, try another loader, like the CFG-Loader. If it still won't work, then something is probably wrong with the ISO.

Thanks. Thought USBLoader GX was the preferred USB loader on wii, no?

Individuals who don't know about modifying their WII, SHOULDN'T!!!!!!

WII IU allows you to convert ios. However if you WII wouldn't play SONIC, it's because something else, not that it's PAL, as PAL it would just be black and white.

it's one of the most popular, but that has nothing to do with your problem.

that app is old/useless.
there is no need to patch any ISO to any region when loading from USB or disc.

try to leave your ISO's as 1:1 as possible.
