Well what part of the files in that rar file is just the new games and stuff?

is it the AK4menu.nds file? Or is it something in that folder that has the game fixes?

Chances are you're going to need access to the sources in order to do whatever you want, and it's not open-source.
It's still being worked on, it's just not going to be released early for one game (the sonic racing one) when there's a viable workaround.

would be funny to see that. trying to make a patch in the system to permanently block flash carts.
woulden't work, cos when the flash "makers" will find out they just use a newer code to bypass it.
