It puts them in there own folder? I had to create folders except for the saver folder.
Well, I guess as long as there not in the saver folder that can't be the problem.
Also, on my cart I have all my roms in folders not in the root so there is something to try.
Did you try renaming mother 1 to something like mom1? (That's what I have it as on my cart anyway.)
I had a game work and then it stop working later. I tried renaming it and what do you know? It worked again.
Still if the file is being copied to the saver folder I have no idea why.
You could always delete the saver folder and try again. Just don't boot the game until you make a placeholder .sav again.
Also, I've found that you only need the EZ client to patch and copy a rom to the sd card once.
You can back the card up,reformat it, and then dump the files right back on without a problem.
Your card is in the FAT filesystem format right?
