Technically you shouldn't be discussing Roms or anything of the sort in PMs or other Rom related things.
The thing is you can discuss roms and such on a channel on IRC as long as the ops in that channel do not care BUT telling people to go to a irc chatroom for a rom is technically againest the rules.
