WBFS supports writing/ripping games from disc, NTFS doesn't. FAT only supports files up to 4.0 GB. WBFS also "scrubs" games automatically. The amount of disc space used is the actual game, not the 4.3GB size...
Until NTFS supports ripping, I LOVE some WBFS.
If your PC doesn't like WBFS Manager, try a console program like wbfs_intelligent_hermes. Works fine for me and formats your drive/partition too.

Also, on slower machines, hermes program is MUCH faster than WBFS Manager.
