If so all we'd need is a scene group just uploading them all using this method and that'd be that. Or maybe it'd be just quicker doing it this way.

Though don't you need to format the system to install Ubuntu?

Yeah, you do because it makes a 10GB partition for Linux. But again, this is bull****. How are you going to fit two OS AND a huge 8GB+ (usually a lot bigger) in 10GBs.. plain and simple.. you CAN´T. I call fake.

if it's true (doubt it!) with the cost of blank BR discs might as well just buy the fucking game!

That ZPack looks pretty legit. If it's real then that's great- I didn't listen to it or anything but are the games being stored on an external drive?

I don't really see the point in PS3 piracy. It'd cost me a damn fortune to set myself up with the blu-ray burner, the disks, a computer which understands such things since I'm sure my laptop will have an aneurism at the very thought of anything HD given that it can't handle Dawn of War 2 (as I found out to my cost over xmas). With the ammount of money I'd have to sink into this, it's not even worth considering. I don't buy PS3 games all that often so it'd be cheaper to stay legit. Not like the DS piracy scene where a one-off payment which cost me about the same as a legit game has kept me supplied with any free DS game I could possibly want for quite some time now. Not to mention free movies, music, etc. That was worth the investment. This looks like a waste of money even if it is confirmed working. I should think that's why the PS3 piracy scene never really took off. It's not that nobody can hack the system. It's that nobody sees why they should bother given the costs.

Yeah the zpack stores the games on external HD. They sId it can fit anywhere between 45-55 games on a 1 tb. The zpack cost 110 Eros though. Which I guess is pretty expensive. Will probably know if legit within a week or so I'd say.

think about it if this is someone legit which i doubt it is I will buy this immdedlty 158bucks for 50games vs 3250 bucks for 50games your saving over 3000 dollars either way you look at it, but like i said veyr much doubt this is real.

Oh yeah I'd agree the solution through HD would very much be worth the price if real the savings would be huge like you mentioned. And if u ran out of space all us have to buy would be another $60 HD which is way more cost effective then trying burn blurays.

What people are failing to see about dumping games is that you can borrow games of a friend and them just dump them and give them back, or rent them. That's the advantage.

If this ZPack is real they'll need to bump the price down if they want anyone to even consider buying it.

Zpack is so fake look at the video the window for zpack is using windows framework (around the edges) come on try a little harder to fool people into 150 dollars of crap and now the traffic limit is up on their site
Motorstorm backup hack = fake
Zpack = Fake
Geohot working on a hardware side exploit = real
come on people the ps3 is a very well thought out product with strong security if there was an exploit found it would not be this put together already all you would see is just raw eploits and videos of Hello World if you don't belive me look at every other system that has been hacked through software exploits
your not going to just hear that this miraculous invention was made it takes work and lots of it

Couldn't have said it better myself, i've been following these two apparent ways of playing backups and i wouldnt bother wasting your time, i do believe this is the year though, but these two are not what we are looking for.

BOTH FAKE!
