I'm afraid we don't allow rom links/requests here (you can talk about the roms of course) but you can check out the GBA Scene Links for other places where you can download roms. An alternative is to visit #gbatemp on mIRC using this tutorial.

Have you read the sig restriction rules in the last month? I think you'll find his sig is well within the "limits".

Images are allowed in signatures, but their max dimensions must be 400x100 pixels.
Max images filesize must be 50k or less.
Obscene images are not allowed in signatures.

Tempest sig is 500x115

We will be lenient on this rule, as long as the signature isn't of an extremely high or annoying resolution. So just don't make them ridiculously big.

A member of staff can remove your signature without warning if they feel it is too big.

The 400x100 is an example, nothing more. Yours was absolutely insane, so I removed it without warning.
