These guys do awesome jobs on this sort of games... I hope they make a casino game next... with everything in it (craps, rulette, keno, horse betting, black jack, poker [all styles including tournments], pai gao, red dog, etc)... that'd just complete the series.
Herg's line of card and dice games is a nice series of homebrew games for GBA.
