Hacking CustomizeMii 1.0

CustomizeMii is a 100% legal custom Channel creator for the Wii.
It's completely written by myself (some parts are based on other 100% legal codes).
Use legal Base WADs to create your own legal custom Homebrew Channels.
The .NET Framework 2.0 is required to run this application!

I decided to do it, because Xuzz gave up the work on his application and
the last beta Version he left creates bricking WADs.

could you explain further what's the "45e" stands for? i am no coder like you guys so i do not know this stuff...it asks me to enter a "45e" to create a common key?

well, it does what it says. if you don't have either common-key.bin or key.bin in the application folder, it creates it

Well, Python's just not mine. And it doesn't use Wii.py, but parts of my code are using parts of Wii.py as a base (to be exact: the tpl conversion)
Also, this wasn't really much work, as all wii-related code was already done for ShowMiiWads..

Ah, I'm sorry for that, I edited it short after. I don't know if you asked or not, but you need to ask waninkoko and/or comex for permission to use their NANDloaders, for such reasons I thought it'd be easier to fix WADder.

Well, Waninkoko's is GPL licensed, thus not needed to ask him.
As for comex ones, it's best to quote Xuzz:

sure it does, why should it do anything else

i'll try to change some code the next days to get it to run under linux and mac (with mono of course). maybe someones interested in making channels under linux or mac

Downloading Base WADs within the Application won't work anymore, because wadder.net is down, sorry!

Was this on Wiibrew at some point ? I thought it was but tonight I couldn't find it

Am I wrong or did they delete it ?

Maybe an included forwarder dol would be cool, but for paths and parameters to be changed I think it would be hassle, so no hurry. If you like that idea maybe I can help ?

First off, thanks for the great work on this app.

I used it to create a custom channel for NeoGamma R8 b12 (Download) and it works just fine, but I just installed the wad on my Wii and I noticed that the graphics become horizontally stretched when you have the Wii in widescreen mode. Is it possible to insert the banner/logo/icon images that are dimensionally compatible with the 16:9 widescreen aspect ratio? I'm afraid to embed any strange sizes since everybody says it's so easy to brick your system with a bad banner. Please advise.
