I struggled to find anything about this version of FIFA 10.
I found this on IGN (am i allowed to link to other websites articles, if not i'm sorry) from a few months back.

It looks like a more arcadey version of the series. I was hoping for a good football sim but i'll reserve full judgement until i play it.
At worst it'll be a welcome distraction until i purchase FIFA on the 360.

Is this version the scandinavian like the PS2 one? (eng, den, swe, nor)
Last year's first version on the wii was the uk/scand. one, the fre/ger/ita/esp was released later so i guess it's the same here.

I've heard the scrubbed version is 3.6GB, so it's going to take a while 'till I can try it, but I doubt I'll ever download it.
Judging from your opinions, it's way worse then PES Wii, so probably a no-go for me.
Although I'm curious to see how they changed the game. And the online mode.

Probably because they didn't want to fake PES Wii completely. PES Wii is a very hard game to learn and master, and I think EA doesn't want it that way.
They want a game that you can learn in max 15 minutes and play well then, just like on the other consoles.
PES Wii takes at least an hour to learn it well, it's not a party game like the other football games.
And EA wants to make that party game then.
Realy fun game, the online mode is very nice.

I kind of like it.
Its fast and furious, reminds me of mario strikers somehow and thank God I don't have to fiddle around with a millions options that usually come with soccer sim games.......
Online seem to be quite solid, it gets streight to the point and it's already easy to find opponent anytime I try it.
I'd love to find a nice tutorial for it though.....
By the way, it works on my NTSC North American Wii with wiikey without any region patching or whatever...

Hello! I have a question about this game, and about PES.
1 - Do both FIFA 10 and PES have Game Cube Controller compatibility?
Reason is: Playing a soccer sim on the Wii would fail with the Wiimote, so I want to play it more like an xbox game, or PS game, by using a GC Controller
