This disc is readable at the system menu but after i start it, i get disc read error. Can anyone tell me what to do?

Well, I have burned a handful of games already so Im kinda confident in the disc that I use. But i wonder if a bad image would cause this? The discs im currently using is TDKs. I'll get some verbatim and an image from a different scource just in case tomorrow.
I was also wondered if it is possible to get the game on to my usb loader without the disc.
Nvm, found it myself, I used the program that makes WBFS Drives viewable to windows and draged my image into the drive.
