its because your using cIOS rev 13 which uses that port which Wiixplorer only uses cIOS 249, update to cIOS rev 14 and that will solve your problem as it uses the bottom port for HDD acces and top port for peripherals now

Although, from the sounds of it, his flash device is plugged into the right port when he can access it. Sounds like he is wondering why he is not getting USB 2.0 speed out of it. Does WiiXplorer even support USB2?
well thanks for the answer but maybe i dont explain myself well i cant use my flash drive when is plugged in the USB2.0 WiiXplorer doesnt detect it at all ,only when i change to the other is detected.
How can I get the old font, how it's called? The r43 font is bigger, some words overlays background pics.
FYI, I've started compiling WiiXplorer and adding the dols to my files page. There's also a few other useful things there you guys might find helpful.

how do I configure smb, is there a way to use smb like wad manger lan edition does? without having to install any ios. can you explain me a bit how smb works in wiixplorer? there isn't alot of info on how to configure it.
