u have modified the msgid line
line 120 msgid "Do you want to load this language ?" by
msgid "Do you want to load this language?"
u have deleted the space before " ?"
so when you compile your new file, the line u modified is not found in prog sources
so, the msgid and msgstr are place at the bottom of the file and replace by ~msgid and ~msgstr
and a new:
msgid "Do you want to load this language ?"
msgstr ""
are put in your file by the compiler
so please don't modify the msgid line

(the compiler keep the trad, if the msgid is re-use in prog sources, translation are already available, and the ~ are removed by compiler)
