I'm not sure if I'm the first to notice this or not but if you plug your DDR pad into the wii GC ports you can use it to navigate bootmii!!

This is great news to me as I have the bug that prevents me from navigating with the buttons on the Wii itself.

I bought this 3rd party DDR pad for $5 for my girlfriend. Now I have a use for it too.

And yet, he never even actually set foot in North (or South) America proper and thought he was in India!

Thanks for the info!

I have that same "Madcatz" DDR pad that I paid $5 shipped.

I'll definitely consider that the next time I need use of a gamecube controller. Since I don't own a gamecube controller.

Christopher Columbus never discovering nothing.. I guess you are talking about Cristóvão Colombo (the italian guy that crossed the atlantic at XV century), this is a proper name, don't have an english translation dude!

It's one of those things that's kinda self-evident. If it plugs into the GCN port it's essentially a GCN controller.

You can't blame them because of the stupid info put on these boards, sometimes the info is so dumb it is hard for me to resist from making a remark.

Playing SSBM/Soul Caliber II with Donkey Konga bongos is fun

. (When you play final destination with samus that is)

Incidentally the Donkey Konga bongoes can't move the menu left and right, but they can press A and B

Give the guy a break. He thought he was putting out some useful info for somebody else. Not need to act like douche bags. Like i've said before, it's easy for you to be brave behind the anonymity of the internet. I guarantee you wouldn't have the n*ts to talk to someone like that in person. Grow up and move out of your parents basement.

@Maximumbeans, Indeed. I've been working on getting this Infecutus chip to work on my PS2. But after soldering, I realised that a plastic piece was missing from the power ribbon cable to the power and eject buttons.
  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
Now I could go with soldering the contacts from the cable to the connector on the mobo, but doesn't sound like a good permanent solution.

Man, that's beyond my brain  I'm no good with hardware for now. I'd like to get into hardmods in future though
