just use protocol encryption and harddisk encryption....

lol, i meant slower than using jdownloader for wii games. hell, most wii games take less than 20 minutes to grab via that method, lol.

I wouldn't worry about it. It is common practice that if an ISP provider is contacted by one of the companies out there that monitors torrents, they contact the client of said ISP (you). I Really doubt anything will come of it (I'm from canada too, I've had similar crap sent to me in the past, lol)

Just stop using torrents for them, they are slow anyway.

Look into jdownloader, you can literally grab a wii game in oh, 30 minutes or so.

Wait whut? 30 minutes? Is that the full Wii game or the scrubbed?

most have the filler crap taken out, but have the update partition etc in there. Scrubbed is still seen as 4.3 GB or whatever, but when compressed are MUCH smaller.

Some are full games not compressed in the least.

and every single one of the close to 200 games i have grabbed via these methods, have worked 100%, lol.

I wouldn't worry about that letter too much. Maybe tone down the downloads for a short period of time (probably wont matter at all). If you want to be more safe about it then get PeerGuardian or some kind of encryption for your up/downloads. Though its extremely unfriendly to the torrent health, you could limit your upload stream, and just do more downloading than uploading, which might give you a lesser chance that you get caught, but again, its kinda rude to the other people trying to get those files... (but hey, the internet is anon, so who cares right?)

Your ISP can see your download no matter what tracker you use, you nincompoop...

A Nintendo rep actually called my internet provider and told them I was downloading a game (I actually owned the game too, it was just scratched) and my provider said that if I was caught again they would just shut my service off. It seems like Nintendo is getting more strict with this stuff.
