Does anyone know if it is possible to use an R4 card to boot to Slot-2, to activate a Supercard Lite or something similar?

I want to use my Supercard Lite to backup some saves from a retail cart, but I'm not sure if there's software out there that would allow me to treat the R4 as if it were a Superkey. Or maybe there's some other way I could backup my saves from a retail cart?

Please help! I'd really appreciate it.

Thank you for the (incredibly fast) help!

Sorry if it was a dumb question, I'm borrowing the equipment from a friend, and he didn't really know how to use any of it, and I can't seem to find anything that details the entire process of choosing hardware, software, patching, and getting it all to work from start to finish.

I'm currently trying to use Rudolph's 3in1 NDS Backup Tool, and when I first tried to run it, it told me to apply the appropriate DLDI patch.
Because I'm using a Supercard Lite, I used DLDI Right Click to apply that patch to the .nds file.

Now, it's telling me "3in1 expansion pack not found. Please redo from start", and nothing I've searched for has been much help. :/

It doesn't work because you use Rudolph's 3in1 NDS Backup Tool, which is made for the EZ-Flash 3in1, not for your Supercard.

I don't know if there is a way to do it with the Supercard, try googling for it.

You want Rudolph's NDS Backup Tool slot-2 version. Use the R4 to boot the Supercard in DS mode, launch the backup tool, and backup the save files.

Make sure you have an "NDS_Backup" folder on the root of your Supercard's microSD card. You can let the program make this folder for you, but I feel safer making it myself on my computer to reduce the chance for corruption.
