1) WAD manager forces me to quit back to the Wii Menu when it's done, as opposed to BootMii. If I do notDVDx, then WAD manager, then re-run Bannerbomb to do the IOS downgrader, the process freezes while installing IOS9.
2) If I run the WAD manager before notDVDx, then it still fails at IOS11v10.
i started out with ver 4.0U. i installed 3.0E accidently, then updated to 4.0E then installed 3.2U. i tried to change the settings but it wont let me and the system menu is 3.2U and the region is in USA. the message in the anyregion changer says that the setting mismatch when the region and system menu match. but im not entirely sure if they match so i come to you people because i thought you would know if they match. also it says
UNEXPECTED ERROR: SYSCONFIG_Savechanges Value -1017
the flicker is still there and i want it gone. someone came up a solution to this but it is just plain not working.

When yoou said to install all the IOSs, did you mean all of them as in below and above IOS35/30/60 or just as in the IOSs included in IOS35/30/60?

i have been having a problem, i follow the steps of the tutorial but when i get to this point
7) Run PatchMii IOS Downgrader.dol in downgradetools, choose IOS35 as the IOS to use, and install all of the IOSes (with trucha patch)
my wii just freeze... and i am wondering what am i doing wrong?

Does this mean I have to have Mario Kart or one of the other disc's in order to do it? I have Mario Kart Wii, so do I insert it into the wii before I start?

Like many others here, I'm stuck at 6). I have the IOS35, and I have to place it in the "downgradetools" folder where the wadmanager is? Everytime I use Wadmanager14.dol, I get an -1 error, or something. Can anyone help?
Btw, can anyone take a screenshot of how the folders, and files on the SD card should look like? Or just name it. Would appreciate it.

Oh, thanks. So, I've done that, the WADManager recognized. So, now step 7. I started installing IOS35 but it seems that my Wii freezes at random spots. Several things get installed but it always ends up freezing. Any suggestions? I'm probably doing something really wrong, so I'll just tell everything I did.WiiPower said:
So, my SD card has 3 folders (private, downgradetools and wad) and the boot.dol on the root. The private has a bunch of folder, the downgradetools has the nandclean, notdvd, patchmii, and wadmanager files, and the wad folder has the IOS35. I have the Homebrew Channel installed, but I run the SD through Data Management, Channels, SD.
So, am I doing something terribly wrong? Like I said, until step 7 everything has worked.
EDIT: Now keeps freezing at the same spot. It's downloading title 00000001-0000000b v10, on the second content.
Oh, and BTW, if I try to install any other version of the IOS, it just freezes immediately. Doesn't even start.
