I've tested iy, working fine for all languages. Looks like the EZVi is not the oinly one which can update the boot strap

Here i wonder which update is done. If it's just a bootloader/bootstrap update then something is missing to compare with the ez5i ...

No shadowboss, nothing - I'm also waiting for it and looking on the acekard page every day! But you can use the tool of stormworm, I uploaded in the download section. It applys a choosen language to a lot of games. There are only a few games in which the language can't be set this way.
This is only a speculation, but I think it is much harder to apply those changes to HWID 44, otherwise they had released it with HWID 81.

Unfortunately, it takes a month for the HW81 update to be released, you probably wait much more for a "possible" HW44 update.

Seeing as "they" seem to be "using" AKAIO (as-in: too few updates/relying on community), it's pretty pathethic.
"There're two HWID of AK2i. We're working on the update file for HWID "44". Please be patient."
9 days later, still nothing. Makes you wonder how much "DSi firmware"-proof this card will be. Hell, if it weren't for AKAIO I wouldn't even have bought this card.
Oh well, I chose one, so I'll have to bare it I guess. It's still a good card imo, but I guess it won't survive for long (read: I'll prob need another card to run backups of DSi games when I've got too many too carry around ... then again, I kinda figured as much. I just hope I can still use my NDS backups when I do get a DSi/need one because of many new games/some good homebrew.)
