Definition of encrypted:

1. To put into code or cipher.
2. Computer Science To alter (a file, for example) using a secret code so as to be unintelligible to unauthorized parties.

Uuhh what makes usrcheat.dat NOT encrypted? >_>

the fact that the usrcheat is the file created by users?

R4 team used to release cheat updates of their own, and gave a tool so users could make their own codes. if it were encrypted, it'd be harder for users to do that, wouldn't it?

it's all in the filenames.

I had tried curley's new cheat.dat!
i can confirm that i see cheats for GTA, DQV on my r4 + firmware 1.18

Alright, here's a weird but probably easier explanation. Lets just say that encrypting is like putting a barrier around a file so that the only person who can mess with the file is the one who can take down the barrier. That file is CHEAT.dat.

usrcheat.dat is a file that ANYBODY can mess around with.

So it's like 2 plots of land. One piece of land is being protected by barriers for construction crews only, the other piece is an open grass field in which the public can do whatever they want with it.

If you cannot see your GTA cheats, It might be because your GameID is different.. Change this using R4CCE..

A more organised layout was used in this update tonight.. Hopefully it will benefit you guys..

I dont think anyone gets this...

You posted "Stamina" Code twice.

Both being two completely different codes.

I'm saying on Cyclo, the 1st code doesn't work, and the 2nd code does. You dont need to get people testing them again

@Njrg: If you want to convert that code into one that doesn't require shoulder buttons, try this one:
