so i bought a 1 month gold live card and used on of my profiles but it wouldn't let me use on the other there both on the same console and hardrive whatsupwitdis?

You can only use a card on one profile... >_>
Like, say there were two roommates who shared the same Xbox 360 and had two different gamer profiles. Both would have to buy a Xbox Live subscription.

Live Subscriptions are "per user profile" not "per console" I'm afraid.
