That's just messed up why R4DSUSA I've bought from them before and many of my friends too they all shipped within 2-7 days and they arrived well packaged.Especially the service is great they even got an AIM account so that you can reach them and tell them or ask them stuff.They are my site to buy r4ds cards from so I dont know why R4dsusa is on this list.You gotta update it and say your sorry cause their service is unbeatable.

Blacklisting them under a "never buy from list" seems kinda harsh if thats the only thing they were blacklisted for, unless of course, other products they sell are fakes/clones as well.

I don't think a seller has the responsibility to warn you if you are buying a brand which is a clone.
It is similar to blaming a computer shop because it is also selling some bad-brand motherboards or power supplies, and doesn't warn you when you are purchasing.
It would be great if the OP can specify why they are blacklisted.
Some reasons are very serious (eg spam, selling fakes, trickery). Some are not that serious (eg don't update the site to tell you it's out of stock).
A few reasons don't justify the "NEVER buy".

what you just said however is a different company which not so well made products being sold, there is no problems with that because its not imitating another company's product
As people state here, I know some people have good experience and some don't. Keep in mind that, if you hve good experience in the past doesn't mean it still have good now.
If you guy buy stuff from these blacklist store and it brink your console, do not come here and blame people not warn about them.
For those R4DS, even the worst store will make you a happy customer cause the product is near death and they want to clear their stock ASAP.
For the price and delivery time, we can't complain much cause it's really depend which country you live and the custom duty taxes thing. The custom in US or Canada can hold the package more than 1 month. Even the delivery company can't do anything. Best bet is to buy from a reseller in your country.

EDIT: I just received my flash cart in the mail only 5 working days after shipping.. with 2 days processing. It came in perfect condition and a tracking number was provided... I don't see why gamekool.com is on this black list.

I purchased a M3DS Real from here advertised as capable of doing everything. Turns out the fake matched exactly the specifications from the m3's official homepage exactly.

the label had m3adaptes not adapter like the proper website.
Also the microsandisk 2gig that it came with had some sort of industrial sticker/paint on the back. I believe it was to hide some sort of defect. I removed the little plastic film that protected it thinking it was a sticker but in fact it is probably some dangerous industrial paint that could not be taken off.
This costed me 2 hours of my time as i tried to get firmware to work on it.

Just wanted to know about the other people that have bought from gamekool.com? I ordered from them and as I was skimming through the forums found this blacklist topic. I jumped the gun a little and purchased from their site. I should have look through the forums more carefully. Being worried I tried to contact someone from the company... no response. I went to the site again to find out the status of my order and it said " DELIVERED " I just made the order yesterday. That got me very worried so I began to send emails to the company with no word whats so ever. With a little persuasion, I finally received an email and a call from them saying not to worry and HKpost was backed up from this season's holidays... We will see how it plays out... so far Im not satisfied with their service or... I'm a little impatient lol
heres another one folks ordered on the 17/12/2008 and have still had no reply from them i have ordered at 2 diff time and still had no goods or replys please folks dont use this sitebecause you will get ripped off
