Just found that out myself, heh.

Speaking of the area where you meet the heads, the room just before that has two exits, and the lower one leads to some kind of pillar of flame or shrine or something. Anyone know what's up with that?

this is a pretty good game. a lot more like Castlevania SOTN than Prince of Persia though... I was looking forward to something more like the original PoP, Flashback, etc... guess I have little right to complain though

Yeah, took me all of about 15 minutes of playing time on the Vboy to know I had to flash it. Great platforming action Price of Persia style, with a few new great twists. Looking forward to spending some time with this one.

I've played quite a bit so far, well past the part where you can swap characters. Anyone who tells you this game plays a lot like the original Prince of Persia is full of it and never played the original. The game style is much more like Aladdin, with a sword. For those of you who are actually old enough to remember and not just talk out of your butt, the original Prince of Persia was much less responsive and had a lot of very well timed jumps. It was similar to Blackthorne in gameplay. With that understood, this game is actually very fun, especially the sands of time concept, and the use of multiple characters, ala Lost Vikings.

Looks awesome and I've been waiting for it, played on VBA loved it and now I want to flash it BUT should I do anything else other then SRAM Patch it cause it says EEPROM 122 Patched sorry but I don't really know what it means.

EDIT:
Nevermind, sorry for being so stupid, I just downloaded the latest SRAM Patcher and patched it with no problems, man this game looks wonderful on a GBA screen especially on a GBA SP one.

Is it just me or is the sound VERY quiet compared to other games? Cause my SPs speaker is very loud and this game isn't as loud as other ones are, why would they do this, the game has excellent music and sounds.

Anyone who stops playing around the introduction of Farah (*cough* thug *cough*) should really try playing some more. True, it's annoying that the same backdrop keeps getting used, and the puzzles are annoying sometimes, but you get some interesting new powers - such as slow motion, which is quite useful but drains the sand very fast, and just now, after fighting the gryphon a second time (in a much more difficult battle than the first), I got the ability to absorb projectiles with my sword and fire them back at enemies.

Makes me wonder how long the game can really take the average gamer....

After a extended playing session today - I have to admit this game is one of the better platform games out there.

I do agree however that most puzzles are pretty simplistic, and as a matter of opinion they do seem to get more straightforward when you co-operate.

There is a bug however which is kinda messy.
It involves the Prince and Farah standing next to a gated door...
just far enough that it allows you too switch between them - press select to switch character and while your switching look at the gated door... notice the gate is dropping? You can actually make it through the door before the gate has dropped. All you have to do is press Select again and while switching get the second character through the door before the gate slams down. Shame about this...

But for the rest - It's a great game ....

Another annoying 'bug' - when you press and hold the walk button (Right Trigger) and then change direction, he does a princely moonwalk. A real shame since it detracts from the otherwise high quality of the game.
