No you don't need that, just get Gamma working from the link i posted. That's the official release, if that doesn't work, nothing does.

Start everything all over again(if you are at 3.2 firmware or less):
Run AnyTitleDeleter, if you have IOS249 (system title), delete it
Run the cIOS Installer
Done
(Gamma should be working now)

It _has_ to work without the "backup creator", the format from this is something Waninkoko didn't want to released. That's why there isn't decrypted games support in SoftChip.

PS: Now you have at least one game working, you can be sure your installation is correct ==> if the same game doen't work as 1:1 copy, it's the fault of your burner and/or media

Scrubbed means that some unused stuff is removed from the disc. All .iso files have the same size, but not all games need it, scrubbing just removes the part which is unused anyways. Scrubbed games work, but nobody knows how long nintendo does nothing about this, to me it's ugly. You got the decrypted game working, that means the .iso is ok and should work as 1:1 copy.

I'm not going to answer further questions.

I have been using Memorex DVD+R RWs and so far the only games Ive tested (70+) and give me that error are guitar heros (world tour, rockband, customs) the rest have worked either patched or 1:1. I am going to try using diff media for those guitar heros and see if that makes any diff. I did not set the booktype in Imgburn with this media just a fresh install and default settings, Firmware is on 3.3U.

his problem is that he was on 3.3v2 or 3.4 and he did the Downgrade to 3.2, that's why he has all of the errors in AnyTD and the Waninkoko's cIOS installer, he need to do the Oct23rd fix, and use the latest waninkoko's installer, even if he solved the problem by using the backup creator, and this is the proof that he has not the latest cIOS installed, c'mon ppl..!!! not just the media gives the 324, why does everybody always says that the fix is to change the DVD's to -R, everybody with a good +R and using the booktype to DVD-ROM can make their backups to work well, don't missleading others if yourself don't know what you're doing with your own Wii..!!!

I can also confirm that.

When i burned Boom Blox into two different cheap dvd+r (plus) Wiigator gave error 324.

But when i burned Boom Blox into quality dvd-r 4x (minus) and again into cheap dvd+r (book type dvd-rom) the game played well on both dvds.

Also i can confirm that some games can work in cheap dvd+r (plus) which is not book typed as dvd-rom. Example Super Paper Mario.

Updating your drives firmware can also be solution to 324 error. I changed Nec ND-1100A drive firmware 1.80 into Herries 1.0c. Now book type dvd-rom is default for dvd+r, i can also now burn dvd-r (minus) and faster burning speed works again 2.4x to 4x.

DVDs that i used:

Cheap Acme dvd+r 8x and 16x (plus). One quality Maxell (Ritek) dvd-r 4x (minus). I have now burned five dvds, verified them and one Acme dvd+r had burn errors.
