Who Likes the Jonas Brothers?

I've heard their songs and it's meh-ish at best. Most of the time, I just don't like Jonas Brothers because of all the attention they keep on getting. 
And uh...CrystalSweet? I find number one offensive. >_> What's wrong with being gay?
Oh, and they're not the only band who has these criteria:
4. Just because they dont sing songs about having sex and drugs and all that, doesnt make them uncool.
6. Just because they call girls beautiful and not sexy or hot or talk about hooking up with them, doesnt make them gay.

Theres nothing wrong with being gay. One of my best friends is gay.
But people arent using gay in that matter

Actually, not a lot of people in my school like the Jonas Brothers. They're just another group that Disney made famous by excessive advertising.

My sister is obsessed with them, is that normal? I don't get it at all, I don't think they're so good that fangirls should squeal over them.

But I was referring to you, not to other people. The fact that you used the word gay like that sounds a bit offensive. Stop putting the blame on other people. And people assume because it`s what people do. It`s very hard to understand how others mean when they say things because all we see are words. We don`t see the intent behind them.
Twilight sucks. There are a lot of better books out there and everyone is talking about Twilight, another book that only ever became popular because of its fangirls. I say screw Twilight. I have better books to read.

the farthest thing from it. because, as i said, one of my best friends is gay, and hes amazing. theres nothing wrong with being gay. and i hate people that think there is.

Read what? I wasn't referring to any other books in general. And anyway, I've heard so much about it negatively that I don't think I can bring myself to read it anymore. They say that it's a sexist book with a lot of Mary Sues and characters having no personality whatsoever. I happen to have a short attention span so unless I find the writing style unique or the plot gripping, I'll probably stop reading it after the third page. It's the writer part of me. It can't stand reading books that are so...boring. And I've read passages of it and it's pretty obvious that the writer likes to use a thesaurus a lot. Having known a former classmate who used a dictionary to write poetry and accuse other people of not understanding her poems because they were so deep, I really don't think I can bring myself to spend my already dwindling money on something I won't ever even finish.
