A full remake of Ocarina of Time with added content (like a dungeon or two) for the Wii would be damn nice...
Imagine what that could look like if they really pushed the Wii to the max (keep in mind that Twilight Princess looks just like the GameCube version, so it's nowhere near the Wii's limits) and completely remade it from scratch to fit today's standards

I'm also surprised Nintendo didn't port more N64 games to the DS...
By the way, Rare ported Diddy Kong Racing to the DS, so why in the hell aren't they porting GoldenEye64 to the DS?
Think about it, many people would love to see GoldenEye on either the Wii VirtualConsole or the X360 Live Arcade (as a full remake with HD graphics), and both Nintendo and Microsoft know that...
Imagine how popular a port of the on the DS with touchscreen controls and online multiplayer would be...And since it would still be developed by Rare, both Nintendo and Microsoft would profit from the sales...What a pity

But who knows, I'm sure DKR won't be Rare's last game on the DS, who knows if the next one isn't GoldenEye?

There was a rumour a while back that Goldeneye was going to VC and XBLA, but Nintendo said no. I don't know the exact details, but I don't think it will come out.
The reason why it's not coming for VC or XBLA is because Microsoft and Nintendo both want it, but both Nintendo and Microsoft don't want to give each other the needed licences to bring GoldenEye64 to their console...
But if Rare would like to port it to the DS, why would Nintendo say no, as long as they're still making profit from it? If they didn't want Microsoft/Rare to make any profit at all (which is a very ineffective strategy against Microsoft - like a few million dollars more or less made any difference for them), they wouldn't have allowed them to release Diddy Kong Racing DS and all the GBA games, either (DKC1-3, Sabrewulf, Banjo Kazooie, Banjo Pilot...dunno if any of those were released before MS bought Rare, but it doesn't matter anyway)...

Just see how desperately people were trying to inject the GoldenEye64 rom into a VC wad...I don't think the demand for GoldenEye64 DS would be too low

metroid 2D HD for the wii, mission based, huge map, multiple planets, extensive gameplay.
Hell, why not make metroid 1+2+3+4 again, for the wii, just like they did with zero mission (I loved that game).

Mario RPG remade either using the original graphics, revamped graphics like the Kirby Super Star DS game, or in Dragon Quest 4 style with 2D sprited in a 3D space.

Chrono Trigger 3D as well.

Any Fire Emblem Games that haven't been localized yet or made for the handheld yet.

Particular want something like Fire Emblem: F?in no Tsurugi (Fire Emblem: The Binding Blade) remade. (One with Roy)

Every time I hear this... It's like asking the last GBA Castlevania to be remade--it's really not too old, and there's other ones that can also be remade instead of that.

Speaking of Fire Emblem, I'd like to see Gaiden remade. Sadly, only certain fans, myself included, love that game--hell, Nintendo hasn't even released it on the Virtual Console, yet the other three Super Famicom titles are (Thracia's coming out soon) >.>

E.V.O. needs to be redone too. Just... try and even out the difficulty. Really, the second Chapter is incredibly broken, and many of the "levels" are short short short, but it was a fun game nonetheless~

Either a new Metroid game (Dread) or an enhanced remake of Super Metroid. If they did Super Metroid DS, they should do all or some of the following:

- action on one screen and map on the other (mandatory).
- cleaned up (but not replaced) graphics. Kirby Super Star Ultra's new graphics are great but I'm not sure for Super Metroid.
- new areas (like Zero Mission).

Since SE is on a roll now, the other two SNES Final Fantasy games would be welcome. It's very unlikely, but it would be great to have a remake of Banjo-Kazooie on DS. Rare said they were working on a third DS project after Viva Pinata DS, but we'll see.

A Paper Mario N64 remake was announced by CoroCoro magazine back in April. I guess it was an unfounded rumor, but I suppose we'll know if it was come E3.

All I want for Christmas is Blast Corps remake. I can't be the only person who loved that game to death on the N64.

It was a truly awesome and unique game.

I loved the vehicle which you had to powerslide to destroy stuff.

Why is it my lucky day? Has something been announced?

he's referring to Diablo III being announced just recently fyi

as for what I like to see for a sequel or remake, i would like to see remakes of Chrono Trigger, and probably Seiken Densetsu 3 or (SD3) as a for sequel Golden Sun i would say either make it a sequel that makes sense or a prequel

but how about a Diablo DS then?

I don't think diablo 3 counts as a remake for the ds.

FF 6 and that old famicom game with a kid on a skateboard. I forgot the name of the game though!

Not like buying a PC now will do you any good. Don't expect D3 until at least mid 2009 if we're lucky, sometime in 2010 is most likely.
Anyway a sequel i'd really like would be sequel to Phantom Hourglass. It was simply the best DS game I have ever played.
