Are you planning any other discs? i see the 360 custom discs have some great songs.. would be nice to get something like that on the wii.

The only stopping me from redoing the customs in stereo is the lack of a PAL iso in stereo. All the ones I find are mono or NTSC.

activision have finally started to proccess the replacements for the PAL mono versions with proper stereo ones. they gave me an ETA of a few weeks on the delivery of my PAL stereo replacement.

I'd like to but they are time consuming and tough to perfect. RB was the worst, manually adding Star Power to 70 charts on 4 difficulties. I'm kind of burnt out after that. The gh1/2/80s/RB were easy because there are no offsets, the song and notes are synced perfectly. That isn't always the case with charts from scorehero. Then there is the issue of difficulty, I only use charts that have all difficulties because I play with friends of various skill levels. Finally, once I select 70 charts (that have all 4 difficulties) I need to hunt down the mp3s. We'll see what happens, I have the scripts now to convert mp3s, I used them to do the boss battles in Rock Band. It's just a matter of gathering everything up and making sure it syncs up. But then there is the whole stereo/mono issue. I'll probably start gathering all the charts and mp3s next week. If I make one, you'll see it on usenet first.

We appreciate the time you put into making this disc but for many, we are not accustomed to this language. Hopefully you can make a V2 with the star power edit. Thanks again for the past discs, they were great!

PS: Sorry for you guys who have issues with the language in the RB disc. I didn't think it was such a big deal. Just seeing what else I could edit.

It's pretty easy to hex edit it out but I won't be putting out a new disc till I get a PAL stereo iso. You could probably manage it yourself. I won't however be changing the boss battles, each of which contains profanity.

@ myclock - The song put me to sleep and playing those notes would too. But that's the beauty of customs: it's all about what you enjoy. I'm just glad that "Judas Priest - Screaming for Vengeance" was the first full Rock Band album released. Now I don't have to bother with plotting out all those notes, and getting everything in sync, and testing until just right. I just don't have the patience for it. Thank god for all those people at scorehero.com and fretsonfire.net.

i saw some other ppl in this thread saying they could not get custom games to work on their ntsc wii with wiikey 1.9s. if this is happening to you, you need to load the config disc and turn region overide on, then the game works. i read all 21 pages and didnt see this answer to a few ppls problem.

just wondering. i know that the custom songs wont be same length as original songs, so do we need to use ghex or something or wont it matter?

also for in VS mode do i just do in feedback editor, holding 6 & 7 and select the whole song so both people play the whole chart?

i know double post but just for people to know, if you want multi player in your custom charts, you use the 6 and 7 button for the chart.

i still dont know exatcly what ghex does so i havent used it...

but i have a question:
what does Offset mean?
if the offset is 2 sec, i need to cut off 2 sec from the song or what?

yes the offset is what you type in the songlist editor box, when your editing the song names it has a box for offset, if it says 2000 that means 2 seconds, type 2000 in the ofset box and you should be fine.

for songs that have a minus offset....for some reason it works if you just make it a + offset.....though in some cases this dont work, its all a bit wierd.

....has anyone made a custom guitar hero banner for there discs they care to share?
