You just made the pack, you're severely undermining the hard work of the coders that made these apps

and these apps aren't even final yet

you should put their names in the credit. It's the least you can do.

this is so ridiculous

what do you guys need to put credits for this kind of shit ? all what you did is repacking some stuff and the hardest job was probably clicking on mouse left-button to dl the homebrew
wacko.gif

and I didn't dl this to check (rapidshare just sucks) but i'm pretty sure you have removed all the file thats comes with the application originally (credits, manual, etc)

No, i didn't removed ANY file contains a credit to the creator of the various Homebrew.
Yes, i've repacked all homebrew, and i don't say that is an hard work, indeed.
If you don't like it, don't download it.

I find this to be utterly useless...

Homebrew is supposed to be about customization, not standardization.

If people can't figure out how to download and utilize the homebrew they desire, then that's their problem...

Wow, you are a grumpy lot today. He's just uploading to help newbs find all the stuff they want in one place. And it's just a useful download if you want all the homebrew without trudging through each separate one.
I won't bother downloading seeing as I've already downloaded what I want, but the thought is appreciated.

The trudging is half the fun.

There is no need of criticizing. He did a work for YOU, and he is not going around saying that he made all the homebrews contained in that pack. If you don't appreciate his work you can click the big, happy red X in your browser's window.

@SmileMan:
I corrected a few errors and changed a bit the readme:

Thanks SmileMan, with such a chirpy name and such a colourful avatar how can I be anything other than happy?

I agree you should probably make a quick list of contents and credits though.

Anyway, i've packed all the homebrew you can find at this Topic (Or do you want a list by me?)
correct, you just extracted every zip from that thread into an apps folder and zipped it. Though alot of the apps have supporting folders that go in root. You however placed these folders in the apps folders, this does not solve issues for "newbies" but only creates them. And there are alot of people to credit from that thread. NONE of which were. Here they are...
