Ok, I have recently got M3 Real and so far it has been going great. Few days ago, I tried out Pokemon Diamond and decided to trigger some of the cheats which are like unlimited money, 999 pokeballs, 999 exp share, and etc. but they did NOT work. I do not know what I did wrong as I downloaded the latest firmware which is v. 3.3. So please you guys help me what I did wrong. Thanks in advance.

On the M3Real, only the DC code type is broken.

Ok, I think I figured it out. It seems like you MUST pres L + R buttons together to trigger the cheat, in which this case, to encounter the pokemon you seleted from the list, you need to hold SELECT and L + R buttons altogether. This feels pretty gimmicky but it works.
P.S.: I think the L + R trick works on every game (tested on Castlevania Dawn of Sorrow).

john310 is right, you use the L+R buttons, I had difficulty doing it and I'm pretty sure if you have two items in the cheats set as 999 pressing L+R will toggle between them.
