Well for one thing I have this thing called a full-time job. Sometimes I have time to kill, but not usually. So if I drop in here to make a casual comment about something, I don't necessarily have time to keep following up.
Another problem is you guys (Taleweaver excepted, he actually reads and evaluates) only want me to post so you can collectively piss on whatever I wrote, regardless of the content. And then celebrate how your delusion in unison somehow proves you right. It took me a while to figure out, because I try and want to believe most people are normal and reasonable. But there is no point trying to engage with ideologically blinded weirdos. So if I don't respond to you calling on me to answer your questions on-demand, it's not because I 'stormed off.' It's because the sealioning bullshit that goes on in this sub is just too tiresome to tolerate. You don't examine your own assumptions, or require corroborative sources of each other for anything you claim, but demand strict proof from your preferred sources if/when someone posts an opinion that differs from your own.
There is no 'debate' or good-faith discourse to be had here.
