how to use controller on 3ds using a iphone and a ps4 controller

i want to use my conttroller on my 2ds because why not and i have an iphone and a pc but its a pc.
if someone can make this here is an open sourece project https://github.com/TuxSH/InputRedirectionClient-Qt/releases/tag/v2.1
