I own a NS V1 which had several massive problems (described in the other thread I posted) and while I couldn't figure out how to fix it, I bought an already chipped OLED.
Few days ago, I took out the V1 to check it again and against all expectations it started and booted to OFW like normal. Now everything works like nothing ever happened beside the fact that when I insert a SD card, the Switch crashes and won't do anything till I remove the card again. When the card is removed, the console boots instantly without having to press the power button.
After trying out different (working) SDs, I tried to fix it by replacing the card reader with no success.
Has anyone an idea what could be wrong with it and how to fix it?
Would really appreciate it since I want to use it as a backup console for playing around with it.

Does a visual inspection reveal anything?
Like broken/bent pins, dirt, corrosion, loose connections, broken pads, ripped connectors?
It sounds as if something gets shorted out when inserting the SD card.

Also, does the SD card work when you plug it into a PC?

In my case there is no visual problem, the slot for the game cartridges works, the problem occurs when I insert the sd memory, I have already tried with several sd cards all working on the pc (4 sd cards: 2 sandisk, 1 samsung, 1 adata oled, it gets stuck when inserting it).

The problem is the following: when I turn off the console and insert the sd card, the console freezes on the nintendo switch logo, I have to force it to shut down and remove the sd for it to work again.

If I turn on the console without an sd card it works in ofw mode, when I insert the sd card in the main menu the console freezes and even if I remove the sd card it does not react, there is nothing left to do but force a shutdown to turn it back on.

Note: the game cartridge slot works perfectly without problems.
the system freezes or does not load when inserting the sd card only.

Do you eject the card a lot?

no, i don't, I thought the problem was the SD reader slot I bought another one sd reader slot and still the same problem.

Have you tried using a blank micro sd card, with no files on micro sd card? If that still cause the problem, then its definitely some mechanical problem. Possibly the connector that connects the motherboard to SD card reader board. Example: damaged pins.

It hadn't occurred to me to erase all the content on the SD card
I just tried it but the same thing still happening
I could record the motherboard with the pins
