Looking into the partitions of your SD Card, you can use MiniTool Partition Wizard or Disk Manager on windows.Probably not as the option appeared to be off last night in the Hekate menu iirc. Is there anyway to check for this?

I can't remember if the guide I used 4 years ago told me to turn it on or not though. What can I do with a sysmmc backup? Would it allow me to boot into sysNAND but not emuNAND?Only if you turn it on before making the backup then the backup is emummc if not it is sysmmc.
press power button 30 seconds without release it.okay now i have another problem, switch is not turning on and it's not entering into rcm mode

Also you can have a File based EmuNAND, do you have a SDMC:/emuMMC/XXYY/eMMC Folder? it have 00 ... 07 files?You can't boot emunand when you don't have the emulated nand stored the raw partition.
yes it doesAlso you can have a File based EmuNAND, do you have a SDMC:/emuMMC/XXYY/eMMC Folder? it have 00 ... 07 files?
rn i can't, i can't even boot to hekateso you can select that EmuMMC on Hekate as active
I just recently bought a 2nd Switch which I have jailbroken to play WiFi-Safe mods online which is using my old SD card which has been formatted (hence why I tried to upgrade to a new 1TB SD card for my 1st Switch to play non-WiFi Safe mods and other 'dirty' modding projects on). I do not care if my 1st Switch gets banned, it was probably banned already anyway, and I have my 2nd Switch for online play.@RookieHaxer The most likely problem is that you don't have any emuMMC on the new card (nor the partition to store it - yet).
Also, if you ever did go online with the stock sysMMC at any time after the old 2020 backup, now that you've restored it, sysMMC will very likely get banned the next time it goes online, or shortly after.
Now, If all you want is to use that console, and you don't care about a ban, you can simply follow any of the guides to start from scratch and use Hekate, to format your new card and create a new emuNAND on it. From there, you can do anything you want (except online play, eShop, NSO and all that stuff that depends on official servers).
Do not to forget to readidk how but i fixed it!!
any other ideas? this did not seem to work..It seems as though your [CFW (emuMMC)] is missing a line. It should look like the following:
[CFW - emuMMC]
fss0=atmosphere/package3
kip1patch=nosigchk
emummcforce=1
atmosphere=1
icon=bootloader/res/icon_payload.bmp
Add a line that says atmosphere=1 under the [CFW (emuMMC)]
