On a single Vita at the same time? Yes.

You can have countless (as much storage space you have available on your card) of games, but you can only play one at once at any given time.

Ok now I understand. You have to change all the games to game.apk that you have saved on your vita. But how can you know which one is which if all the games are saved as game.apk?
