Rule number one: Don't get high on your own supply, if he was following that rule i don't see the problem. Ofcourse he shouldnt be selling to his students and probably he wasn't (that would spread faster then.... the black plague). And looking at the pictures he was just starting off because he only he has small plants. Even in the netherlands that amount of plants would be illegal btw

Lol, thats probably why he loves art so much. We have a teacher (Spanish and Philosphoy) that everyone knows does drugs. Today he walked into school with a fake cellphone and talking too it. Like seriously have a serious conversation. It was messed up.

My Calculus prof looked like a hippie. He was escorted out by police in middle of lecture for similar charges as this one. He said pot helped him get his PhD, and it helped him see higher mathematics's true beauty.
This teacher I had that used to come to my house when I was out sick for a while to give me work was found dead in a hotel a few years ago. they think he killed himself because he suffered from depression.

Anyway, how could a teacher believe to get away with dealing, at least in such huge amounts?
Being a teacher is like being a small celebrity in your town (unless you're living in a different town than where you're teaching), I don't think that mixes well with pot growing...some student or ex-student will most likely find out eventually, and then there's no way from stopping the rumours spreading throughout the whole town...
I actually wouldn't mind if some of my teachers were smokers, it'd probably help them to get along better with students
