Well, that explains it. Betty Boop wasn't introduced until the early '30s. You'll have to wait about five more years.ItsMetaKnight said:

Like I said, though, the license has been ruined over the years and there's not much of that aspect in modern Betty Boop inspired stuff. It's too bad, though, since you could make a fantastic video game based on the original cartoons.

And the Drawn Together character is not exactly a flattering caricature of Betty Boop, although it is a hoot to watch a smoking, drunk off her ass, mentally unstable, hoo-wer, walk around naked and swear alot on the Cartoon Network.
