No you still need the other code to set up r15. That child play pointer code pointing to start of heap still need to be made by someone. Anyone who knows how to find pointer could do it for you

Although there are already cheats for Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopes (all versions), I want to request a cheat for v1.0.2 of the game (TID=010071F0143EA000 BID=F62A7D41CAAC7D6D). It's the USA region version of the game, by the way.
In the game you can pair units up and teach them special moves called combat arts (the paired up unit is called the adjutant). When characters got an A-rank for a weapon type and at least a C support with another character, they can teach combat arts/spells with a speech bubble next to them. When these conditions are met and a character performs a combat art during a mission, there's a random chance that the adjutant learns the move. As it turns out, the support level between the paired-up characters determines the success rate:
C rank = 0,4%
B rank = 3%
A rank = 8%

It goes without saying that unlocking all moves for all characters is a veeeeery long process, because the RNG can and will work against you. Often enough there's just no B or A support available for a character to learn certain moves and sometimes you spend almost an half hour just unlock a single art. And that's while using a cheat code that allows you to spam combat arts (infinite combat arts cheat). In other words, a nightmare for completionists.
Based on how the mechanic works and the numbers reported on Serenes Forest, I believe it's fair to assume that an RNG check rolls when a combat art or spell is triggered. Knowing the success rate might provide a number that can be searched for. If the success rate can be found when the RNG check does its thing, it may be possible to modify it to a much higher value, if not 100% for guaranteed success.
Unfortunately I'm not that good at creating cheats, which is why I'm hoping someone is willing to help me out and create this cheat.

As I am not an expert myself I can't tell for sure,
I dunno if type 0 codes are compatible with ryujinx, but as far as I can tell the adresses should work, if I were you:
- I'd check if type 0 codes are compatible, if they are i guess the issue is on me
- If they aren't, check if you can convert type 0 codes to ryujinx
Besides the pointers I have found there isn't much I can give ...

One thing that just occurred to me.... The sound on the 2600 sucked less back then the harsh sound we hear now is from infinitely better speakers we have now, back when the 2600 was new speakers produced a almost muffled sound, like CRTs made old graphics look slightly better. -
