Why do older versions of NX-Shell set the archive bit while the most recent version doesn't?

I downloaded the most recent version of NX-Shell but each time I selected "Set Archive Bit" nothing happened. I tried an older version which had been sitting on an older Switch for at least a year and it worked.

Why recent version removed a lot of functions? Because author decided to to that.

you can create a issue on the github page.

This fork is worse than original nx-shell it does not even shows file sizes.
