Interesting. I thought with Pikmin 3 something was off. I have never been able to get any of the codes to work for this game on Yuzu or Ryujinx. So I assume that all codes for Pikmin 3 are heap static and asm only? Does that mean that Pikmin 3 is not cheat hackable for emulators? Thats dissapointing.

First off, yes, Ids in that link seems to match equipment,
and for items have the attached list

Lastly the value structure is XXXXYYYY
if you want to input 0xF -> it'd look like 000F000F

ASM only works if enable before launching the game? That is one hell of a limitation.

That no static heap is easy to overcome, takes like maybe a minute while making code by the author if so desired. This no ASM is the real deal breaker. Can be done, just significantly more effort but without that effort a very big percentage of ASM cheat won't work.

Would anyone happen to have a cheat txt file for the latest version of Breath of the Wild? (v.1.6.0 with both DLCs). The download link for the database in this thread is broken and I can find cheats for this game scattered everywhere but no complete list.

No, that is not true, heap static is very easy to overcome, just find a pointer to start of heap end of the story. It's child's play.
Do a pointer search for start of heap.

Making ASM work is more laborious. No more hacking and restoring on the fly, the ASM code need to check some flag set by normal cheat code that is all. It's not difficult. Whoever wants it can do it. All the ASM hack needs to be in the master code very much sums it up.

@dsrules thanks for sharing this thing about emulator cheat engine. If you are so incline you can make a pointer to start of heap to help those people who are waiting for someone to fix it for them.

not sure what happens to the asm memory region after booting into game, I mean the address and the value are still there, just changing them has no effect
maybe you could try to contact them and help them fix those problems

To convert a code from Player X to Player X+1 add 0x3B0

Most of the codes are customizable, and to find items or weapon ids look through a wiki, convert to hex and you should be good to go

I have not tested all the codes as they are mostly deduced from one another,
I'll check them back sometime when I have time.

This should be enough to fulfil most dokapon requests.
