From the SD Root goto 3DS then there should be a directory called Raptor. Put the GLB files there.

Strange can you give a bit more detail on what happens when you try to run it?
I does not load/find the game files at the very begining. I'll try to upload a picture ASAP.
V1.0.2 works fine.
EDIT : In fact it works but it takes ages to boot compared to V1.0.2, something between 30sec/1 minute. I thought it was stuck but I needed to be more patient...

Still strange it does not take long to boot on old 3ds. Would it possible for you to make a video of it booting and maybe a bit of how it runs?
Sure, I will share with you a video tomorrow. Please note that my SD cards are quite large : 256gb.
Once booted, the game works just fine as far as I can see.
Nice and since you seem interested in Gameboy stuff maybe this is a good time to mention this. =D

Could you check your Luma version? Not sure what difference it would make but you never know.

I tried to boot with and without "overclocking/core2 redirection" settings from Luma3DS (N3DS only) boot menu but the same happens. I have got 4 others 3DS's and they all behave the same.
If you use Raptor3dS V1.0.2, it is back to normal.
I added a bunch of printf's to the game while loading could you tell or show me which one it shows before it temporarily gets stuck?
It's stuck on Load Preferences. Once "Registred EXE !" appears, it loads the way it should.
I tried to delete setup.ini in Raptor's folder but the same happens.

Versions 1.0.3 and 1.0.4 attempted to fetch preferences for mouse and keyboard which are not needed for 3ds maybe that slowed it down for you. Please try this test build and tell me if it loads any faster.

Kind of an update I have redone the port of Raptor3DS with SDL2 special thanks to MrHuu who shared how to get the SDL2 libs!
Its not perfect it currently at least does not support scaling the image but it seems to work fine and actually fixes a few issues I had wit the SDL1 version. Please report any issues if any with it and please state its the SDL2 version.
