Boot Sound NX won't load bootsound.mp3 , even the one by default and regardless of if the config folder is in the bootload folder or in the root of the SD card. What to do ?

It's a bit laggy and screen turns off after loading tho, any way to prevent that ? I'm using a 127 KB (6 sec long) mp3 file.
noob question: Have you considered developing a GUI or Tesla overlay? It would be so cool to be able to change the intros on the fly!

Inside the BootSoundNX.zip copy everything from atmosphere/titles to sd/atmosphere/contents then it should work. The folder structure for atmosphere has changed since bootsound was released the titles folder is now called contents. you can also delete the titles folder from your sd card since its not used anymore.Is it working on FW 16.0.0? Just updated to 16.0.0 on my emummc, seems to be breaking it as it keeps crashing at the Switch logo. Removing bootsoundnx...

Awesome mod!
I got it to work smoothly after using that "...HackyBuild".
Using the original cause choppy sounds no matter what length of playback (3sec or 10sec).
Then I used the hackbuild version and after a couple of powercycles, the playback was smooth.
I'm not sure if using this mod has caused my switch to not reboot properly (It could have been something else, dunno).
I now have to usually do 2 Full Powercycles otherwise it just gets stuck on a Black Screen.
Either way this is awesome, and I edited these two sounds in case anyone wants it:
(Just rename it to "bootsound.mp3"

Least my experience has gotten better than over a decade ago. My iron would constantly bump into components and break them.
