I used wii u usb helper to install botw. When i unpacked the game, at the last second, my pc froze. i turned it on and back on again. when i turned it on, there were purple dots on my monitor, and i had to go through the hp automatic repair process. after that was done i booted into windows, and i just started playing games. after an hour or so, both my monitors turned off, but my pc didnt. so i shut off my pc, and i couldnt boot back into windows. everytime i tried, i would blue screen. I factory reset my pc through a usb drive, and now i dont blue screen anymore, but i still have the other issues as before, and my main monitor is just black. PLEASE HELP

If anything it sounds like your PC broke while you were using USB helper. Randomly froze and no display, I would point the finger to either HDD/SSD or GPU.

What sort of computer are you running? Desktop or Laptop? Model and brand would help as well.
hp desktop, gtx 1650 super, ryzen 5 3500, 8 gb ram. think its definetly a gpu issue as my gpu doesnt show in task manager, and nvidia control panel isnt showing up

Don't use USB Helper use NUSspli instead of your wanting Wii U games I mean I've honestly never had such issue with USB Helper and that's on PC, and 3 different laptops.

99% sure your GPU is on it's way out. Have another card to try? Friend who has a card you can try?

TINY chance it's the PSU, but I think you would be having other problems as well.

I have a problem with my wii u I was installing super smash bros for wii u when the download stopped so I made the decision to restart the console and the error code 160-2215 was displayed afterwards several restarts the code became 160-0103 and finally an infinite loading of the wii u logo I read on the internet that a baspberry pi pico could solve the problem so I bought it and I managed to access the recovery menu and get the otp and the seeprom as well as the logs but after changing the title and restarting the console I still have the wii u logo which loads endlessly who can help me?

I'd start your own thread instead of jumping into this one, but that error can be an actual hardware issue - Your NAND is bad. There isn't a fix without the NAND to SD adapter that is being produced to recover these bricks.

In short, if you get 160-0103 and the easy software fixes don't work you're gonna need a new console.

A repairman told me that he could normally fix the problem but that it will erase all the data in the console

They're mistaken about the issue, unaware of the issue, or just plain don't care. You should ALWAYS have backups of your personal games, so remember that for the next time.

I highly doubt Mr Joe Repairman can easily fix the 0103. My guess is he will try to factory reset the console because places like this seem to love doing that to any console, laptops, PC etc. Unless of course, guy's been keeping up with the WII U modding scene.

You may need a device called a NAND-AID. It's a small board that is soldered to your Wii U Mainboard to bypass the damaged internal eMMC NAND with a MicroSD. They're installable by someone with moderate skill, but please don't try this unless you know exactly what you're doing.

I think an experienced repair team will be able to do this, it should be child's play (for them)

After using the raspberry pi pico I just have the error 160-2215 the problem is that I don't know the best solution for you the best solution would be to reset the console or replace the emmc with another (it's a samsung emmc)

Can I use Wup serveur of the recovery mode for deleate corrupted files of the wii u ?
Please don't. The files are not the problem, you could simply reinstall them. The problem is that the memory chip inside the Wii U is physically corrupted. It is not repairable. It must be bypassed with a NAND-AID or a working NAND must be installed.
