Is there a romhack for Zelda: Spirit Track to play on the top screen?

I have not seen one (there are only about three I have seen in the wild) and you would probably want to chain it with whatever dpad patch you are using.
They are not the hardest hacks to make -- while you can't just hit it with a RAM cheat it is only a handful of instructions you need to inject at a vaguely suitable point (most of which you could probably take from the Mario Kart one and adapt to said suitable injection point). Though I am curious why the TWL stuff does not work as it should.

Just finallly gotten the Twilight menu swap screens to partially work, but it keeps constantly flickering. Also I have very little experience the technical side of Romacks, so I can't personally make a cheat or romhack to swap the screens
