Companies don't care about people, it's all about making the most money for them. Depending on the location of the company and learning how to pander to whatever democratic in that location is likely to gain money or lose it is all that concerns that directors of those companies. After all you aren't going to sell many strap-ons in Afghanistan, however in San Fransico it might be a different matter.
If you are a company that sells gay stuff - you make your money from the gays.
If you are a company that sells Bibles - you will just piss off your userbase if you try to push the gay agenda to that userbase.
A company that sells beer should have though about the userbase before trying to push a gay agenda, the same with a company such as Target, as they are finding out now that the users don't want the agenda pushed onto them.
On the other hand a company that deals in selling size 10 womens shoes - probably want to pander to transvestites as these people have bigger feet than an average woman.
Basically these companies need to know who their customer base is and don't try to piss off the people that spend money on their products.
And I bet the place where you buy those shoes from have a lot of gay types as part of their customer base. I can see how they would make money from advertising their products during gay pride month, after all there's not a lot of women with that size of feet - most women are about size 4 to size 6. They certainly wouldn't want to piss of that customer base as you would just shop from elsewhere if they did.LoL, I wear a size 11 in womens shoes [/high heels], when I rarely dress up.

The thing with beer is that there are lots of other beers and places to buy it from so when you piss of the userbase they end up just switching brands that won't try to push an agenda onto them, these people just don't want to hear the gay message as they have their owns views on what's acceptable and what's not. Trying to force a viewpoint onto those that will never think in the same way is pointless. It's the same as when an unstoppable force impacts an immovable object, the ending is never going to be happy.
No to what? If you go to a shop and they sell the item you wish to buy in your size and you have the money to buy it - you buy it.Let's see....... I go to any store I wish, pick out the ones that appeal to me. check out and go home to wear them when I wish.
So no.
This is a GREAT point.Morgan Freeman said it best, that "your going to relegate my history to a month?" while talking about Black History month during an interview. These so called "months of representation" aren't the answer for anyone, except for those that want to feel catered to.
History is supposed to be something remembered and improved upon in the future, as you learn from the mistakes of the past. And yet much like every ancient society, we will most likely go down the same path, from corruption and over legislation.
Turns out I was variously incorrect and correct. It was treated as a greeting card holiday and like most of those it is a basically one day affair rather than the month long effort some attempt/"tradition" went in for, if it was "celebrated" at all, something I did not see coming at all (just like ur mum). Speculation as to why is ongoing but I shall advance my general opinion further that marketing wonks are truly clueless and useless people.a few people on twitter will point and laugh at the lack of courage in their convictions (no rainbows in the middle east division logos, films cut for said same locales, certainly not donating to causes there despite such people actually being troubled majorly).
Not gonna lie, if I was walking down the street and I saw a dude wearing those, I'd instantly think, "what a prick, avoid eye contact in case he tries to speak to me, ignore the twat if he speaks to me, I bet he's a labour party voter".Not gonna lie, those socks just remind me of fun facts like how General Electric also worked on the A-10's gun, interesting stuff.

On the other hand if I saw a fat chick with blue hair and a pair of those on, I'd just think, "bloody weirdo, I bet she votes for Labour or the greens and I bet she licks the minge".
Regarding what about his post is a double standard?Yes IT /he is
You are sort of, kind of correct. These corporations are being made to care by the Human Rights Council in coordination with Blackrock, Vanguard and State Street. These three companies manage the majority of the available stocks of almost all publicly traded corporations which allows them to put pressure on companies to support certain causes. It's kind of like a social credit system for corporations. This support is not genuine, but it makes the alphabet people feel good because they don't care if people are being coerced to affirm their identities. It's all a fucking scheme. None of them care. It's all just to appeal to people who have very base natures and think that outward appearance is everything there is in life.
The most enlightening part of all of this is that we are told that people who do not support Pride are a vast minority, yet Bud Light and Target are losing billions of dollars because of a boycott by this "minority". Yet boycotts by the "majority" like what we saw with Chik-Fil-A and Goya a few years ago went unnoticed by those companies. Who is really the majority in the U.S? Is the corporate media gaslighting us into believing things that just aren't true?Which doesn't say much for the consumer, either.
We are all fucked.
I thought the same when people of color were taken off of butter, syrup and rice by the fascist left. Yet, here we are.Imagine living an existence of bigotry like this
Of course you'd be ignorant of what racist caricatures are and the history of the use aunt and uncle during the slavery days.I thought the same when people of color were taken off of butter, syrup and rice by the fascist left. Yet, here we are.
