Fatal services deals with CPU fatal events, so may be a hardware issue, but also a bad sysmodule, did you recently update your firmware to 15.0x?

Hi! Sorry for the necro (i can make a new thread if requested) but this exact thing happened to me as I was updating to 16.0.0 a few weeks ago. First I updated the cfw files, and I used Daybreak to update console firmware like I always do. I'm not ten thousand percent sure I clicked on the right buttons during the update but I try to be careful when doing it, and I'd updated plenty of times before. When the console rebooted to hekate, I clicked on the lastest fusee payload and the atmos boot logo, the switch boot logo and the low battery warning all flashed normally before the error appeared. Already tried fixing archbit, says nothing's amiss. Tried looking for the error id on my contents folder like it said online, but there's no folder with that id. (Is that what a "bad sysmodule" is supposed to be?) I still tried deleting the two most recent folders and no dice.

That said, none of the games work. This had happened to me before, but I usually just did a restart and that fixed it. oh well...Similar threads
