It just depends if there is demand for it by the homebrew scene since piracy is not as large a driving force as people think due to most pirates lacking any knowledge of how exploits are made. With dev mode existing, the homebrew scene has been fairly happy to leave it alone. But with how Microsoft handled dev mode sometimes in the past, they might end up doing something which forces even that group to want to exploit it.I mean it will overwhelming console till 2050 top seller if it will be rgh or moded usb like ps4 9.0 sell now over 100 bln

indeed. retail is coming back too. I don't know when, but the dev was studying for school back when it was believed that retail was dead. it's not, and it never was. I think it has something to do with a whitelist, but it will return at some point, just give it some time.
You can't just mod a console. Sure modding a 3ds is easy as hell now but at the beginning, it was hard. Really hard. Remember when you could only play in DS Mode with your little flash cart? Look at it now. Not only do you need to innovate but you need an audience or a lead that proves why or how that console should be modded. And why spend so much time trying to hack the unhackable when you got dev mode?
