Same (erista switch)
1. Dynamic FPS patch (which includes cutscene fix, but disables cheats)
2. FPS Locker wait sync setting at semi (if turned all the way off you get tearing on the screen, very visible when switching tabs in menus)
3. Blackscreen fix patch
4. sys-clk overclock to max (safe) settings CPI/GPU/memory

This gives about 30-ish FPS in busy areas, 40+ in low traffic areas, 55+ in menus (lol). I'm not willing to overclock the system to above what's limited by the default sys-clk settings so you may get more frames if you do. The patch version of dynamic FPS does disable cheats in Edizon but the cheat version has cutscene problems so for me it's an easy choice.
That's definitely the definitive list for Erista, i forgot about to mention blackscreen patch :nayps3: I will say I just noticed that screen tearing in the menus lol

So far I've seen 45-50fps in Lookout Landing, 50+ in that wind
dungeon
50+ in overworld but it usually sticks around 55 depending on what's in the background (in combat as well)

I'm on 1785 CPU, 921 GPU and 1862 ram with semi turned all the way off. I forgot what the defaults are but I just maxed. I hear the CPU can be turned down a bit but my switch hasn't told me it's burning up with these settings so I'm not bothered. I'm currently using the patch version of dynamic fps, I didn't know about the cutscene problems on the cheat version but I guess that's part of the reason why someone in a previous post mentioned the patch is better. I left a dungeon just to test this out and I'm very impressed

Game wont boot if I put exefs folder in contents....i downloaded the mod from GitHub, Is necessary a specific version for switch ( hardware not emulator)?

Can you share the exefs version that work on switch ? Can you share even the blackscreen mod ? Tanks

Ok, solved !
Did you put the exefs folder in the totk title ID folder under atmosphere/contents? Also I attatched the black screen fix and dynamic fps patch 1.5.1. exefs and romfs go to atmosphere/contents/0100F2C0115B6000. I'm on totk 1.1.0 but according to the change log for dynamic fps it works on v1.0.0/v1.1.0/v1.1.1/v1.1.2. But for all I know the black screen fix could break on higher versions, haven't looked into that since 1.1.0 gets the job done.

Edit: make sure you're on atmosphere 1.5.4

Only on v2 and v3 switches, Erista switches maybe with 540p cheat and max CPU and RAM in 4ifir. But its ok because dynamic fps can make the game playable at any fps beetween 30 to 60.
running it at 40 in towns and 50-60 outside of them, max overclock on SysCLK. V1 Switch. 720p

Has anyone gone from v1.5 to 1.5.1 and has seen a difference? Idk if I should update, don't want to break anything.

i don't understand what i am to do, I am using fps locker, the 2GB mod for cutscene and dynamic fps/resolution cheats, whats changed? what do I need to put it and what do I need to remove?

Edit: So I removed the 2GB cutscene fix and put the exef of 1.5.1 in the game folder, when I launch the game it automatically goes to 60fps, haven't tested much but I see that cheats don't work, does this mean I wont be able to play at a lower resolution for better stability or is it running better on 720p and just worth leaving it as is?

Does anyone get lag after changing weapons? It's like there is a pause after changing the weapon and closing the menu. I'm using dynamic fps patch 1.5.2beta1 and blackscreen fix with max safe oc with OC suite. Otherwise game seems fine (besides that it drains the battery even when docked).

Edit: Actually I noticed all loading is slower. When teleporting and also when a blood moon occurred the loading after the cutscene was so long I thought that the game froze - game stayed on black screen for about one minute.

Edit2: So actually it turns out that the blackscreen fix makes all loading times significantly longer. I read that romfs based mods do that in totk. I wonder if there is any way to apply the fix different way.

exef of 1.5.1 in the game folder but I see that cheats don't work
Same issue i'm trying to fix. Haven't found an answer yet as most are using it on Yu-zu. So far i'm using the FPSLocker and DynamicFPS cheat without issues.

i just temporarily turn down the FPS target in FPSLocker while Cutscenes run, that fixes it. Once they are done i up the number again.

Added dynamic resolution timing patch that tweaks it for 60 FPS

That doesn't matter, just newest NX-FPS is all you need to fix it.

Unsure if Im noticing any difference with this timing patch, what does it actually do? on Erista Im running high OC and I feel like the resolution isn't changing while frames go up and down depending where I'm at.
