And just out of curiosity, has your BSOD reversed? Did you fix it? or game over for your switch?
Nothing happened, i fixed the wiring then boom ... i greeted with No SD Card screen...
This switch board or should be this Tegra SOC is kinda bad boy, so many abuse yet it always survive and live on.
Although as of now i have 4 dead pico boards.:rofl2:

It's to rebuild the firmware.
That's... that's not how that work... there are specific homebrew tools for rebuild the firmware.
Not to mention encrypted partitions....

Is your microSD card a known good and trusted brand in fat32 format?

what are you using to transfer hekate to your sd card?

This point might have disconnected
Also, if the wire used here is not copper, the power rating might be different so it might not support the current load
*Edit: I looked at the photos, everything else looks great

double post, i wrote here.
I actually am currently experiencing this with one of my Nephew's switch lites that I recently modded. The last few days both nephew's switch lites have been glitching and booting to CFW fine (albeit a bit slower than I might like) but they were also my first consoles to have XIAO 2040's in them. One still seems to be fine, but the other boots straight to OFW, as if there is no glitch occurring.

Both are on 2.73 firmware, and after letting it sit for a while (read as several hours) I tried turning it on and got it to glitch successfully one time. Turned it off, then back on again and it booted to OFW.

I plan to swap out the XIAO 2040 with a Waveshare 2040-tiny once it comes on Tuesday, till then, I guess the XIAO might be failing?
Good morning.
I update the situation of this installation.
I double-checked all soldering (including the mosfet, gate, source, drain ones).
They are all very stable, and well insulated by UV mask + 2 layers of kapton, I am very considerate as in the event of an impact these points could come into contact with the APU frame/shield.

I wondered if the RP2040 might have had some problems/damages, because it ran for several hours, passed various installs and backups.
So I replaced it and installed a new RP2040 with FW 2.74 using the already existing cables, so no changes in the installation (I didn't add sda/scl wires).

Now it works again and I could use but microsd that I had already prepared.

I therefore take advantage of your experience to try 3 questions.

1) What could have happened? Could the rp2040 have lost/damaged the fw (it was on 2.73)? I remind you that after a blue/cyan flash, the LED turned yellow and flashed several times (see video in the previous post)

2) I've run hekate, emummc several times and everything seems to work fine now, but as I have to ship this console, I'm afraid it might happen again.

3) Could FW 2.73 have caused this problem?

I'm going to go all the way, so I'll reinstall the "usb c" port, voltage regulator and boot key to flash the fw 2.74 and use this rp2040 which caused problems on a console from a customer in my area (I'll do it myself today ).

Waiting for your answers, I will update you on the RP2040 in question today.

I use and adaptor that came with the micro SD.

The brand it's Kingston Canvas Select Plus.

I'm 99% sure that's not Micro SD fault, because I can get into UMS mode and see the SD card on the PC with USB C on the switch.

I can play with the GPP partitions and the Boot0 and Boot1 too.

I try with exFat and FAT32 too.

I used 6 2040-tiny today. Three of the switches (V1/V2) of Samsung emmc have emmc slow error.

It's an inductor, it is supposed to be shorted so you are OK
@Flaviocarvalho Could you please do me a favor (if your switch is still open) and take a close up picture of the diode circled in red.
We could use the information (whats written on it)

The flex v2. V3. Lite Flex. Is same value to sp1 sp2. On nintendo switch lite.???
I was wondering if the Lite Flex is different too. I think the pins are reversed on the connector because it plugs in upside down. It looks different when you compare the traces but it's hard to say.
