I've actually known about that for a while. It's because a thread called a function that needed to render and cache glyphs that hadn't been loaded by the main thread beforehand. I also hate caching glyphs at one size and shrinking and stretching them to different sizes as needed cause I think it looks shitty and gross. I had an idea that would possibly help, but it gets tricky with all the different languages. Running through an ASCII range loop at boot would probably take care of most of it though.

Thanks again for everything you have done.
The latest release (2.23.2023) has a small bug: In settings, Titel Sorting Type: "Last Played" and "Time Played" are mixed up. You have to select Time Played to actually get Last Played now.

That's interesting. I'll try to figure out what happened.

I am trying to inject a Breath of the Wild save. In JKSV, I choose my user, choose BOTW, select my 100% save, Press Y and hold A untilt it says "injecting". However, after injecting the save, the old save file still keeps the same. I am still at 0% in my save.

I am on atm 1.5.2, HOS 16.0.2, JKSV 02.23.2023
Botw is on 1.6.0, my save file was also from Botw 1.6.0.

Any ideas, what I am doing wrong?

Maybe you download a different region save file?

I have made a backup of all save data and put it on my pc.

Question: what is the fastest way to transfer save data to my new CFW Switch when it arrives? Does JKSV automatically recognize from the SD card folder which games I used on the old system? Is it possible to mass restore saves?

Just curious. Is anyone having problems with TotK? I keep hearing different things. Some people say it's fine, but I also hear and see people saying they're having problems importing saves. If you are having problems, is it with the regular, old folder style format or zip files?

I am not having any trouble ever since I realised which save slot was my main save. it exports save folder slot_00, slot_01, slot_02, slot_03, slot_04 and slot_05. in the beginning I assumed my main save was either in folder slot_00 or slot_01, but turns out it is slot_02 (in my case), so now when I edit slot_02 it applies the changes, so the editor works fine, I just used it wrong : p

I was trying several times and for me always work. I am un 1.0.1 will update to 1.1.1 and let you know

The problem may be because the people are trying to use the different "full saves" laying around but they are not easy to use and you can get mixed results because are partial file saves and you need to understand the file structure of the savefiles of TOTK

Thanks guys. I kind of thought the same thing. If anyone else is actually having difficulties, let me know. It's hard to tell what is real and what is just me getting blamed for the user error, especially with how the Zelda series saves.

Working fine here. My son has even been transferring saves between the switch lite he uses at my house and the v1 he uses at his mothers house, backing up the save to my google drive.

I don't think hes done a transfer on on 1.1.2 yet, but 1.0.0, 1.1.0, and 1.1.1 all worked flawlessly.

Several test, backing up and restoring, on 1.0.0, 1.1.0 and 1.1.1 no errors by now, replace with my own files and downloaded ones from "100%" sites.

I just made this little tutorial about the little things you must take on account when dealing with saves of TOTK:

hope it will helps somebody.

So, here's what's up right now. I still don't have a lot of time. I'm doing what I can bit by bit. I've been planning and writing code when I have downtime at work. Integrating it doesn't always go so smooth. I'm currently fixing up and debugging what I added last before I move on to the rest of what I have.

So, next for sure is completing Drive so saves can just be automatically uploaded instead of manually. Ideally I'd like to write something PC side too to make syncing saves with emulators easier. Maybe shared drive folder support too? After that, I'm not too sure. JKSV isn't perfect. There's rushed parts because of not having time, all sorts of things I'm not 100% happy with. I really want it to be as stable and sorta future proof as possible, so that if anything breaks because of firmware updates, I can take care of it quickly. It's just not going to happen overnight.

Going to spoiler this part, but I kinda feel like I need to say it and get it out.
Gonna be honest, I do feel kind of guilty. It's difficult to explain. When I came back to give the Switch a whirl, I was treated like a joke by a lot of people. You can even check some of the first posts in this thread as proof. In my absence from 3DS, history had been rewritten in a way. All of the research, testing, and even reverse engineering to certain extent I did on 3DS had suddenly been credited to other projects as if mine had never existed. Seeing people tell other people not to use JKSV, even when it was the only manager out there that could handle Minecraft without crashing your Switch in the beginning or detect ACNH at first (I didn't do that on purpose BTW). It was just bizarre to me, and I considered just dropping it, but I kept pushing along. Now, the tables have turned, and I feel like I need to finish the job. I don't have a lot of time though, so I feel guilty in a way. I'll stop there. Hope it makes sense. Thanks for reading. I know those who have followed me from 3DS, or even before will understand better.
