I just did a picofly mosfet install on a V2 switch. Everything is wired up correctly and clean. The console will not turn on. Im not getting any lights from the RP2040 Zero when i press the power button either. Any help would be appreciated.

you got a chip with no firmware on it
you need to plug it in via usb and use something like putty to flash the firmware to it. Totally did the same thing, led lights only turn on if there is firmware to tell them what color to be.
