with the eshop closure, I believe it is a good idea to create a list of games with no updates and dlcs that had physical releases so that we know what games still give us a full experience.

Personally... I call it "that green site"... but yeah we'll always have updates. that and the NUS servers won't go down for a looooooong long long long long long long long long long long long time, so even cartridge games on a virgin 3DS will be able to update.
Have fun with that. theres probably no one else that cares about something like this. Leave a chart once your done.
